Welcome to the John P. McGovern Award Lecture Nomination Portal!

 

Nominations for the 2025 cycle of the John P. McGovern Award Lecture in the Behavioral Sciences are open from

April 15 to June 30.

Any and all inquiries may be directed to awards@aaas.org. Please include the name of the award in the subject line of your email.

Through this portal, you can complete a nomination form as well as learn more about the award as a whole: 

  • To begin a nomination form, click New Submission listed above;

  • Learn more about the award and prize on the About page;

  • Review all the eligibility rules and candidacy requirements in the Eligibility Requirement tab;

  • Take a look at last year's award winner in the Past Recipients tab;

  • Click Back to AAAS to visit the awards page on aaas.org;

  • And on the My Account page, you can navigate through your past submissions (both complete and incomplete), change your password or account information, and navigate back to this, the home page.
